आजादी के अमृत महोत्सव के अवसर पर उप मुख्यमंत्री श्री केशव प्रसाद मौर्य ने लिया अहम निर्णय

आजादी के अमृत महोत्सव के अवसर पर उप मुख्यमंत्री श्री केशव प्रसाद मौर्य ने प्रधानमंत्री सूक्ष्म खाद्य उद्योग उन्नयन योजना के तहत इस वर्ष  कम से कम 7500 खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योगों की स्थापना  कराये जाने का निर्णय लिया है, इसके लिए उन्होंने  उद्यान एवं खाद्य प्रसंस्करण विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि वह इसके लिए सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि  खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योगों में रोजगार की अपार संभावनाएं हैं और लोगों को रोजगार व स्वावलंबी बनाने के लिए खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योगों की स्थापना को अधिक से अधिक बढ़ावा दिया जाए, जिससे अधिक से अधिक लोगों को रोजगार भी मिल सके। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक जिले में कम से कम 100 यूनिटों की स्थापना की जायेगी । वाराणसी से  सांसद आदर्श गांवों  में कैम्प करते हुये खाद्य प्रसंस्करण के क्षेत्र में सर्वेक्षण कराकर सम्भावित लाभार्थियों को चिन्हित करते हुये विभागीय योजनाओं से लाभान्वित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
उन्होंने निर्देश दिए हैं कि किसानों के उत्पाद ख़राब न होने पायें, इसके लिए कोल्ड चेन बनाने की दिशा में कार्य किया जाय । उन्होंने यह भी निर्देश दिए कि किसानों के उत्पादन में हो रही  पोस्ट हार्वेस्ट क्षतियों को कम करने हेतु फल, सब्जी प्रसंस्करण में कोल्ड चेन से संबंधित कार्य योजना बनाई जाए। उन्होंने प्रसंस्कृत खाद्य उत्पादों के विपणन हेतु पराग ब्रान्ड से प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए सहकारिता विभाग से मिलकर कार्य किए जाने के निर्देश दिए। खाद्य प्रसंस्करण विभाग में असीमित अवसरों के दृष्टिगत बेरोजगार युवकों, युवतियों, किसानों, उद्यमियों को आकर्षित/ प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से प्रतिमाह जनपद स्तर पर विभागीय प्रदर्शनी एवं संगोष्ठियों का आयोजन किए जाने के निर्देश दिए । उन्होंने कहा कि जिन उद्यमियों को वर्ष 2022-23 में उत्तर प्रदेश खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग नीति -2017 के अंतर्गत अनुदान के वितरण की कार्यवाही की जा रही है, उन्हें लखनऊ आमंत्रित कर अन्य विभागीय योजनाओं की तकनीकी जानकारी उपलब्ध कराते हुए अनुदान वितरण कार्यशाला आयोजित की जाए। कहा कि 1 ट्रिलियन डॉलर इकोनामी हेतु खाद्य प्रसंस्करण के क्षेत्र में 5 वर्षों में 20 हजार करोड़ निवेश कराने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है ,इसको प्राप्त करने हेतु गंभीर प्रयास किए जाएं।
